Tamer embarked on his business journey in 2005 when he founded and chaired regional advertising and media agencies. As the chairman of Ask Advertising until 2009, he laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial success. Later, he joined forces with Mansour and El Maghraby Group, one of the largest investment groups in the Middle East and Africa region, where he played a pivotal role in building one of Egypt's largest advertising networks. Currently, he holds the position of CEO at AT Group for Advertising, overseeing prominent agencies such as Roots, Cut, PromoPrint, Prime, and Entourage since 2010. Driven by an unwavering dedication to education, Tamer co-founded Merge Plus Education from 2017 to 2021, where he collaborated with industry experts to enhance the educational landscape in Egypt. In 2020, he further solidified his commitment to education by co-founding New Era Education, an entity focused on providing superior education and learning opportunities for Egyptian students.
